Three weeks ago little Archie came into our lives and for the first week or so it was chaos. We thought we were prepared; we SO weren't. I think with hindsight we were very naive. Yes, we'd bought a basket, toys, food, puppy pads etc., and we were expecting to have to toilet train our new furry friend, but looking after him was (and still is) much much harder than we ever thought it would be. But we are learning, and we are slowly re-establishing some order, so things are looking up.
As you can imagine I have not managed to get much writing done recently, but I have been slowly formatting my new novelette, Paris Actually. I'm aiming to publish it at the end of the month (Archie permitting!).
